Aquilon just wanted the ground that she was stepping on to just open up and swallow her whole. She was just trying to find a place that she could be by herself for either a few hours or even days if she wanted. That was why the blood bay Morgan was here in the maze tunnels. Aquilon was not going to be going very deep just a little ways and to find a side passage to then stay in to think and sleep in what she hoped to be relative safety. She totally hated her sire for even handing her off like she was just property that he owned instead of as his filly turned mare daughter. Then Vitto who she really had no love or attraction for, and finally Hyde. Her little run in earlier in the week had unsettled her to the max with the very large Shire stag. He had it in his mind that the two of them should run off together.
Didn't he know that this was an island so there really would be no place for them to seek refuge around here without his brother and her sire finding out about it. The Morgan also couldn't face knowing a whole lot of innocent equines would die as they took up sides between the brother and who had rights in keeping Aquilon to themselves. The Morgan mare though just needed some time to think things through and to clear her mind on what was about to happen to her. She was going to go through with being part of Vitto's little harem and then providing him with a few foals that he would be proud of. She sighed heavely and took one more look behind her back before entering the tunnels. She then took a left at the first cross tunnel, it dead ended a short distance away. The Morgan then turned around and so faced towards the opening before finally falling into a light sleep. She was tired of being her sires pawn in all of this, but yet she was powerless to stop it. Before she knew it she was falling asleep and welcoming it.
